BRAZIL FAZENDA JAGUARA - Coffee Beans

The Jaguara farm covers 90 hectares and is located in Campo das Vertentes. The history of this farm dates back to 2001 when Antonio Wandera and his two friends, also agronomist researchers, decided to plant coffee for the first time. In 2013, André Luiz, Antonio Wandera's son, took over the farm and, together with Natalia Brito, began to innovate with sustainable coffee growing techniques to make the most of the available natural resources. The combination of knowledge and determination worked so well that in 2019 they participated in the Cup of Excellence competition for the first time with one of their micro-batches and the coffee they produced was rated 90.47 points, the fifth best Brazilian coffee.

The farm implements several quality-focused projects every year and places great emphasis on fermentation, anaerobic and aerobic processes, and coffee fermentation in barrels, polypropylene bags, drying rooms, and fermentation tanks, creating unique and exotic flavors.
