A balanced blend with a full, dense body and low acidity. Sweet notes of dark chocolate, caramel and ripe sour cherries are hidden in the cup. We roast this mixture medium to dark, so it goes perfectly with Italian espresso and milk specialties.

Composition: a mixture of 50% Arabica, 50% Robusta

Roasting: medium dark (espresso style)
