Ethiopia Limu - Coffee beans 

This Ethiopia Limu arabica is characterized by delicate floral notes, nuances of black tea, cocoa body and very low acidity. Thanks to the washed processing, it has a very supple and clean texture.

Limu is located in the Djimma Zone of the Western Oromia Highlands in northwestern Ethiopia. The area is known for its forests and abundant water supply. Most farms in Lima are semi-forest systems, usually less than 1 hectare, so each coffee plant gets the full attention of its farmer, the cherries are selectively hand-picked and most are delivered to nearby washing stations.
