It comes from the area near the port of Santos, where it is grown at an altitude of 800 to 1350 meters. The coffee is processed using the washed method, which can bring out the quality of the beans best, compared to other methods. This gives it a sweet and full flavor with low acidity. It is ideal for preparing espresso, but also for an automatic machine, a mocha pot or a French press.
