ETHIOPIE SIDAMO 

Ethiopian Arabica is known for its strong fruity taste and in this case it definitely is. From the beginning you will feel the pleasant sweet taste of ripe yuzu, which is complemented by a delicate cocoa aftertaste in the end. Coffee beans from the Sidamo region are considered one of the best in Ethiopia. It is one of the most sought-after coffees in the world, growing at an altitude of 1600-2200 above sea level. It was named after the original inhabitants of the Kaffa kingdom (existing from 1390-1897), who called themselves Sidamo. In Ethiopia, coffee trees are grown mainly in orchards, forests, semi-forests and plantations. There are not many farms in this country, about 15 million people are engaged in coffee production (from harvesting to export). Wild-growing coffee is often a livelihood for farmers. Due to adverse climatic conditions, it is sold only a few months a year.
