BALANCE

A balanced blend with a full dense body and low acidity. Sweet notes of dark chocolate, caramel and ripe sour cherries are hidden in the cup. We roast this mixture medium to dark, it goes perfectly with Italian espresso and milk specialties.

Blend 50 % arabica, 50 % robusta

Roasting: medium dark (espresso style)
