FilterLight roasting method is used for filter coffee. Coffee beans are light brown and have a slight fruity aroma. Light roasting brings out the original flavours, fruity and caramel notes that are just right for alternative coffee preparation. |
EspressoDark roasting is suitable for espresso. Coffee has a fuller body and less acidity than light roasted coffee. Here, the flavour produced by roasting the coffee begins to overpower the original taste of the bean. |
Coffee grindingWe grind the coffee according to your needs just before shipment. Your coffee will always be fresh. Fine grinding is recommended for espresso, mocha pot or classic Turkish coffee. Coarse grinding is recommended for alternative coffee preparation methods such as filter coffee, French press, chemex or aeropress. |
